What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Workers / Equipment Operators position at MPD Thousand Order Solution Trading Inc.?
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cherry picker, reach truck, and/or forklift to handle inventory
Pick, put away, and replenish products using RF scanner or warehouse system
Load and unload containers and trucks safely
Perform order picking and ensure accuracy of shipments
Maintain proper inventory placement and organization
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Inspect equipment before use and report any issues immediately
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience operating cherry picker / reach truck / forklift
Ability to work at heights (cherry picker)
Valid forklift certification preferred (or willing to be certified)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Basic English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WMS / RF scanner
Experience in logistics, distribution, or e-commerce warehouse
Ability to operate multiple types of equipment
Work Environment
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation throughout shift
