For over six decades, we’ve proudly supported law enforcement professionals with advanced RADAR, LIDAR, and video solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Our commitment to quality extends beyond our products—it's reflected in every interaction, from our knowledgeable sales team to our dedicated service and support professionals.

As a 100% employee-owned company, we invest in our people. That means you’ll have access to great benefits, including our Educational Assistance Program, all while making a meaningful impact on public safety across the globe.

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Production Depot Repair Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re a strong leader with a technical background and a passion for teamwork and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

You’ll serve as a working supervisor, leading and coordinating a skilled team responsible for assembling and repairing high-performance RADAR, LIDAR, and video systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the assembly and repair of electronic products, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Work closely with the Production Scheduler to align customer orders with production priorities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for product-related questions
  • Lead daily team operations, including prioritizing work orders and assigning tasks

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and manage disciplinary actions
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized workspace
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement improvements and ensure up-to-date documentation

Supervisory Responsibilities:

You’ll directly oversee a team that includes Electronic Technicians, Assemblers, and Tech Aids. Your leadership will influence everything from daily task assignments to performance reviews, training, and professional development.

Equipment You’ll Use:

Computer, soldering iron, de-soldering gun, small hand tools, basic test equipment, phone, and appropriate PPE.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit, use hands repetitively, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Requires good manual dexterity and vision capabilities.

Work Environment:

Benefits:

  • Benefits are available on the first day of employment.
  • Company-sponsored life and short-term disability insurance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Health Savings Account when paired with a high-deductible medical plan.
  • 401k retirement savings plan with an employer match of up to 4%.
  • 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after meeting eligibility requirements.
  • Paid time off, including Vacation, Personal or Discretionary (Sick), and ten (10) paid company holidays.
  • Tuition reimbursement for pre-approved courses.
  • Climate-controlled work environment.
  • Consistent weekday schedules provide an exceptional work-life balance.
  •  A people-first culture grounded in teamwork, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Vo-Tech certificate, associate degree, or Military Electronics Training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, and repair
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in reading schematics and assembly drawings
  • Skilled in the use of electronic test equipment and hand tools
