Position Title: Screen Print Support Associate
Starting Pay: $15.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, In-Person
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a high-energy production team? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Screen Print Department as a Screen Print Support Associate. This hands-on role plays a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring garments are processed with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities & Duties – include, but are not limited to:
- Catch garments as they come off the dryer
- Count, inspect, and pack decorated goods
- Clean screens and maintain print equipment
- Stage and organize work for upcoming print runs
- Collaborate closely with the screen print team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Reliable work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often deadline-driven production environment
- Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to lift to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- No experience needed – just a positive attitude and a readiness to learn
