We are seeking a Server to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Angle Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food order to guest tables according to Forbes Standards. This role will include collecting payments and also assisting in the daily cleanliness of the restaurant area. The ideal candidate will provide gracious, attentive, and professional table service by anticipating guest needs and personalizing each interaction to create a memorable dining experience, while adhering to Forbes standards of service. 

This position is a PM position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position(s) available.

The role is designated for our fine dining outlet, Angle Restaurant.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum 2-year(s) experience as a Fine Dining Restaurant Server.
• Food handling certificate and alcohol course completion.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must possess advance food & beverage knowledge.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to understand guests' service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
• Ability to focus attention on details.
• Ability to suggestively sell restaurant menu items, beverages and wines.
• Ability to access and input information into Micros system.
• Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
• Ability to exert physical effort in transporting food and beverage to guests.
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
