Mpaz Studio is a contemporary fashion brand designed in Los Angeles and produced in our own atelier, focused on elevated essentials and timeless silhouettes. We regularly participate in curated markets and pop-ups to connect directly with our community and introduce the brand to new customers.
We’re looking for a reliable and personable Sales Associate to represent Mpaz Studio at weekend markets and pop-up events in Miami.
This role is on-demand and flexible, depending on which markets we decide to participate in.
Schedule
- Weekend shifts typically 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Usually Saturdays or Sundays
- Work scheduled based on market participation
- Opportunity for recurring events
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down the market tent and clothing display
- Merchandise garments and maintain a clean, organized booth
- Engage with customers and introduce the Mpaz Studio brand
- Assist customers with sizing, styling, and product questions
- Process transactions through Shopify POS or cash
- Track inventory and sales during the event
- Pack up inventory and equipment at the end of the market
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Interest in fashion, independent brands, or retail
- Ability to lift and set up tent, racks, and merchandise
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using Shopify POS (or willing to learn)
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
Compensation
- Hourly pay at minimum wage
- Flexible schedule depending on event participation
Location
Miami, Florida — various weekend markets and pop-up locations.
