About the RoleThis onsite role is two days per week and focuses on psychological assessment, therapy, and behavioral health support for older adults. You will work collaboratively with the facility’s Director of Nursing, attending physicians, and MPAC clinicians to enhance residents’ mental health and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Complete psychological and neuropsychological assessments with diagnostic impressions
Provide individual therapy and behavioral interventions
Document accurately in EMRs and MPAC systems
Advise staff on behavioral strategies and cognitive concerns
Support care planning and interdisciplinary communication
Build rapport with residents and facility teams
Requirements
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
Active Florida Psychologist License
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience In Geriatric Or Skilled Nursing Settings Preferred
Strong communication and independent decision-making skills
Reliable, compassionate, and mission-driven
Contract Details

Assignment runs through or slightly before January 5, 2026
