Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor– Sidney, OH

Now Hiring:
- DSP (Day/Evening)
- 35–40 hours/week
- Weekday-focused (9:30am–9:30pm, 3–4 days/week) with weekend rotation
- Some on-call responsibilities
- Pay: Up to $17.25/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Support clients with daily routines (personal care, meals, mobility, medication)
- Encourage independence through outings & life skill building
- Maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment
- Complete documentation (shift notes, incident reports as needed)
- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients & coworkers
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Compassion, patience & strong communication skills
