Location: Sidney, OH
Pay: $15/hr awake / $10.70/hr sleeping (You get PAID to sleep!)
Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Typical Schedule
- 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Rotating weekend shifts
- Sleep and rest while onsite during quiet periods
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support Clients Overnight: Monitor well-being, assist with any needs, and ensure safety
- Encourage Independence: Help clients maintain routines and life skills
- Documentation: Complete any necessary progress notes or incident reports
- Build Relationships: Work closely with staff, families, and clients to create a supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- DSP or caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
