Pay & Benefits
- Up to $17.25 per hour

Schedule Overview
- Primary shifts: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM several weekdays
- Rotating weekends (8:00am-8:00pm)
- On-call responsibilities as Home Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meals, medication administration, and daily routines
- Encourage independence and support ISP goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Support community outings and skill development
- Complete documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
- Build professional, respectful relationships with the client and team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills
- DSP or caregiving experience required
