WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Business Data Analyst (Data Analyst) will be responsible for making data work in an effort to enhance the experiences of the organization and its stakeholders. This person will be in charge of pulling, reviewing and analyzing data in order to better understand what client members are digesting, using and valuing from an end-user perspective.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various platforms, including NetForum (customer management software), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hotjar, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help the team optimize strategies and enhance our offerings for members.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Two (2) years' experience in a data analysis or related role.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data from various sources/databases and recommending improvements, new strategies or approaches to improve business outcomes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Onsite Mon - Thurs., Remote on Fridays
- Location: Atlanta, GA (downtown Peachtree)
- Compensation: $55k-$65k annually
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, sick, etc.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
