Summary of Position:
The Regional Vice President is responsible for the procurement and management of profitable work in their region. This includes development of relationships, oversight of estimating, job alignment, crew structure, material procurement, quality, and job closeout or billing. This position will provide strategic direction and leadership to their regional operations, drive business growth, and deliver on the company’s mission, vision, and values.
This role requires strong leadership in telecommunications and connectivity infrastructure, with preferred experience supporting data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, cloud, or technology infrastructure projects. The Regional Vice President is expected to understand customer-driven schedules, high-reliability environments, safety requirements, quality standards, and the coordination needed to successfully deliver complex telecom and data center infrastructure work.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans to expand market presence and grow opportunities and revenue
- Ensure the successful financial outcome of operations through effective profit and loss oversite
- Lead and develop a strong team that assists with the successful execution of company objectives
- Work collaboratively with customers to define value-add activities and ensure their needs are being met
- Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to Regional Managers and team
- Identify, recommend, and implement process and procedural improvements to drive efficiency and resource optimization
- Provide accurate and timely monthly forecasts of revenue and cost at completion for review by VP
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
- Develop project estimates and create budgets
- Recognize and mitigate organizational risks by recommending and implementing necessary improvements
- Enhance personal, technical, and leadership skills by participating in development plans and training opportunities
- Represent and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values
- Purchasing, reporting, and approval authority as defined in MP Authority Matrix
- Adhere to and enforce all Company safety, health and wellbeing, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards
- Safety training as required by position

- High School education or GED
- 15 years of construction industry experience, including 5 years in leadership role
- Deep knowledge of business, telecommunications, and connectivity infrastructure industries
- Experience leading telecom, utility, construction, data center, or mission-critical infrastructure operations
- Able to make recommendations and forecasts for future business prospects
- Strong understanding of cost control efficiencies and job financials
- General contractual knowledge
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills – proficient in MS Office
