Youth Support Caregiver – Oshkosh
Pay: $14.39/hour
Schedule: 16 hours per week (two consistent days) 5 predictable hours per month

Community Horizons is hiring a reliable, grounded caregiver to support a young teen male who is non‑verbal and on the autism spectrum.
