In-Home Caregiver – Waupun (Week Days and Every Other Weekend)
Pay: $17.50 per hour Weekend Bonus Rate: $19.50 per hour
We are seeking a kind, reliable, and dedicated caregiver to provide one‑on‑one support to a woman with a disability in her private home, located in a quiet and welcoming Waupun neighborhood. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a respectful, supportive, and pet‑friendly environment.
Position Details
Schedule:
· Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm - 10pm Weekend bonus rate applies.
· Every other Saturday, Sunday 7am - 3pm Weekend bonus rate applies.
- Every Monday, Tuesday 7am - 3pm
**Both positions would have prn shifts available. **
Key Responsibilities
- Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift
- Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting
- Assist with repositioning
- Prepare meals and support with eating and hydration
- Offer medication assistance
- Complete light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, mopping, etc.)
- Run occasional errands
- Help maintain a comfortable, respectful, and empowering home environment
Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
- Physically able to support an individual with quadriplegia
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is welcome
- Professional, respectful, and clear communicator
- Comfortable around pets (cats, dogs, and fish)
- Willing to wear a mask if requested
- Resides within 30 minutes of Waupun
- Open to learning new skills and adapting to individual needs
Interested in building a long‑term, meaningful caregiving relationship
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
