Morning Caregiver Needed – Neenah Family
A family in Neenah is seeking a reliable and skilled caregiver to support their elementary‑aged daughter each morning. The family is partnering with a third‑party agency to assist with hiring and onboarding. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to follow a structured routine that includes both medical and behavioral support.
Pay
From $18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–8:00 AM
Position Overview
This is a hands‑on morning support role for a child with complex medical and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable learning new skills. The routine is structured and requires attention to detail, physical engagement, and clear communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide morning support to an elementary‑aged child with medical and behavioral needs
- Use basic sign language to communicate (Training provided)
- Complete two enteral (GI tube) feeds before school (Training provided)
- Assist with morning personal care, including:
- Bathing
- Brushing hair and teeth
- Dressing
- Maintain a consistent routine and reinforce positive behaviors
Qualifications
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused
- Willingness to learn medical and communication skills
- Experience working with children (paid or unpaid)
- Preferred: experience supporting children with special needs
- Patience, good judgment, and the ability to follow structured plans
- Valid driver’s license or dependable transportation
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
