We are in the market for someone who can aggressively grow our sales regionally in the New England area. If asked to describe yourself, you would say that you exude professional interpersonal skills, are a true sales hunter, have the ability to cultivate a raving fan base of customers and partners, and have a consistent track record of crushing your goals. This is a remote position with occasional office time and travel. Ideal candidates are highly skilled at a consultative sales process and have experience closing business with respective customer relationships in the Payroll, HCM or HR Services industry targeting organization of 10-100 employees. The ability to leverage an existing rolodex to respective owners and executives a major plus. Remote position Compensation: The expected base salary range for this position is 48,780–79,000 annually. In addition to the base salary listed, this role is eligible for incentives and commission based on performance results WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Maintain strong relationship with current MP Channel Partners.
- Discover and grow new MP Channel Partners as a source of business for net new clients.
- Sell in the SMB Market Space 1 -35 employees
- Partner with internal MP sales organization to help cross-sell MP products and service.
- Execute successful sales strategy within territory
- Close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives
- Utilize strong consultative selling skills
- Identify and understand customer needs
- Understand our HR outsourcing solutions and model to drive strong attachment rates of our service offering with our payroll solutions
- Cultivate and grow referral relationships and partnerships within the CPA, banking, and broker communities
- Use Salesforce.com to capture and manage information regarding the sales process and customers
- 1 to 4 years of outside sales experience in payroll/human capital management industry or SaaS, which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed quota
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Drive to succeed and grow your career with MP
- Strong prospecting skills; confident to make cold calls, ask for referrals, and seek new leads
- Ability to grow and cultivate Circles of Influence for referrals
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong sales plan and presentation skills
