What are the responsibilities and job description for the Silverfox Account Manager position at MP&F Strategic Communications?
The Silverfox Account Manager must reach out to their target audience of small to mid-size senior living communities and present a personalized sales presentation on the immediate value that Silverfox can bring to their business.
What you will do:
- Attend senior living conferences and share knowledge of the platform and its benefits with prospective clients.
- Represent Silverfox at live events, confidently engaging attendees in real-time conversations that surface needs and create immediate sales opportunities.
- Identify and contact prospective senior living communities from a target list.
- Manage the full sales cycle and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity.
- Keep in excellent communication with MP&F leadership and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments and achievement of goals.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience preferred, with a strong background in business development and outbound sales. Experience with senior living, multi-unit dwelling or healthcare is preferred.
- Experience selling software solutions a bonus.
- Hunter mentality with proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, while meeting or exceeding expectations and sales targets.
- A personal sense of urgency and ability to overcome obstacles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to properly and accurately enter data into tracking tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills necessary, including Microsoft and Google suites.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
