Job Summary:
The IT software support specialist will work as part of the IT team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our software deployment and development and provide troubleshooting and support services to our clients. You will be central to creating and maintaining our support framework for this software product. This role will also include supporting and troubleshooting for our internal network and systems when required. This is an onsite position.
Essential/Key Functions
- Help desk support for Windows and Mac systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software
- Install software/hardware
- Manage 3rd party vendors
- Answer IT tickets
- Work with clients to support and install software packages.
- Maintain and administer licensing system for software.
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner
- Physical presence on the job is essential and necessary including weekends and holidays if deemed necessary by the company
- Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems preferred
- Experience working with clients in a support role preferred
- Experience with Hubspot preferred
- Excellent computer skills required
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft certificated solutions (MCSA) are a plus
