As a Transportation Aide, you're more than a driver. You're a trusted and friendly face who helps people safely access programs, employment opportunities, community activities, appointments, and the people and places that matter most to them. Every mile you drive helps create opportunities, build independence, and strengthen community connections.
As a Transportation Aide, you will:
- Safely transport passengers to and from homes, programs, and community locations
- Create a positive and welcoming experience through friendly, respectful interactions
- Support people in maintaining their independence and participation in the community
- Operate and maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle
- Follow transportation and safety regulations while ensuring passenger comfort and well-being
- Communicate effectively with team members and report maintenance or service needs

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 per hour based on experience!
Location: Penn Yan, New York
Transportation Aide Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. based on route needs
Transportation Aide Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Driver's License and Class E License required
- Must meet agency requirements for 19A Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent required
