Job Title: Hardscaping Foreman
Location: Newtown, PA 18940
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
Moyer's Landscaping is seeking an experienced and hardworking Hardscaping Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of high-quality outdoor living projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can manage a team effectively, and has a strong background in hardscape construction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead a crew on hardscape installation projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens
-Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
-Train and mentor crew members, promoting a safe and productive work environment
-Operate and oversee demolition, excavation, and construction enuring proper elevation and pitch are achieved. Utilizing tools and equipment such as skid steers, excavators, lazer levels etc
-Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
-Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in hardscaping and landscape construction
Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of materials such as pavers, wall block, natural stone etc
Ability to read blueprints and execute designs accurately
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
