Background
Moyer Aviation, Inc. is a long-established provider of charter services, air tours, aircraft repair & maintenance, and is a pilot training school operating from Mount Pocono Municipal Airport (MPO) in Tobyhanna, PA.
Job Summary
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking aircraft maintenance and repair jobs including scheduling, quoting, purchasing, and invoicing. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and materials needed for Moyer Aviation’s maintenance and repair department.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination & Customer Support
- Coordinate and monitor aircraft maintenance and repair jobs for company-owned and customer aircraft
- Schedule repairs, inspections, and maintenance events
- Conduct customer onboarding and maintain customer and aircraft records
- Receive and route maintenance-related phone calls
- Track and document parts and materials used for each maintenance event
Parts, Purchasing & Inventory Management
- Purchase parts, supplies, and materials needed for maintenance operations
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials in accordance with company procedures
- Enter and update inventory information in the company’s tracking system
- Maintain the stockroom, shipping, and receiving areas in an orderly manner
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are tagged, tracked, and stored safely
- Process part requests, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage core returns, warranty claims, and vendor communications
- Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
Administrative & Accounting Support
- Prepare customer invoices promptly and process payments
- Work with the accounting department to reconcile parts purchases and invoicing
- Prepare monthly reports required by accounting and management
Additional Duties
- Handle general shipping and receiving for the company
- Occasionally assist with line services such as moving, fueling, cleaning, and preparing aircraft for charter flights
- Occasionally assist mechanics with aircraft maintenance tasks
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Experience and Skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
· Knowledge of aviation industry and regulations preferred
· Experience with shipping and receiving a plus
Requirements
· Valid driver’s license
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening
· Ensures full compliance with company, DOT, and FAA drug and alcohol policies
· Ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
· Ability to lift to 50 pounds
