Job Summary: Process Engineer to support equipment and processes in the manufacture of X-Ray Tubes, Detectors, Windows, and Power Supplies. Engineer will support production by ensuring that equipment and processes are kept up-to-date. Using SPC and Six Sigma tools, this individual will drive continuous improvement on assigned processes and equipment, and will predict and prevent problems that would result in production line-down situations. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and qualifying new processes, and for qualifying and accepting new equipment into production.
Essential Functions:
- Process and equipment control--SPC
- Troubleshoot and prevent line-down situations
- New process development and approval
- New equipment qualification
- Process improvement
- Failure analysis on products and processes
- Mentor technicians in equipment support
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 2-6 years' experience in a technical position

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
