We are looking for a highly process-oriented Account Executive who excels at helping businesses optimize their client-facing workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to enhancing client business processes for companies of all sizes. Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track activities, and report on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
