Here’s what you’ll do:Welcome/greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needsKnow brands of beer, wine and liquor, as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails (garnishes, proper glassware, and prices)Know our food inside and out. Describe and tour the menu with all our guests.Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work areaDeliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient mannerQualifications:· Passionate about nailing all the basics of great service· Ready to go above and beyond to provide a hospitable experience for all our guests.
