- Modernize and centralize agency grant management practices for compliance with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance), Single Audit readiness.
- Enhance enterprise grant oversight by integrating programmatic operations with the PeopleSoft financial ERP system.
- Plan and design automated, centralized Smartsheet workflows, control centers, and executive dashboards to replace manual processes.
- Advise on stakeholder engagement, agency communications, outreach/education, and legislative interactions related to all grants.
- Support organizational change management for grant processes and modernization.
