About the Opportunity
Confidential search on behalf of a well-established, physician-owned aesthetic practice in North Phoenix, Arizona.
Our client has proudly served the community for more than 18 years and has built a loyal, established patient base. The practice is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the team and grow with the practice long-term.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic injector who enjoys building patient relationships, working with a strong existing clientele, and having the autonomy to grow their own patient base.
The Role
The incoming provider will work closely with the practice owner and have the opportunity to take on an increasingly important role within the practice as the owner gradually transitions to seeing fewer patients.
The ideal candidate is an experienced cosmetic injector who is confident treating patients independently and is passionate about aesthetic medicine, patient relationships, and delivering natural-looking results.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer neurotoxins, including Botox and other neuromodulators
- Perform dermal filler treatments
- Perform biostimulator treatments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
- Educate patients on aesthetic treatment options and appropriate treatment plans
- Provide a high level of patient care and clinical service
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
- Help grow and retain an established aesthetic patient base
- Work collaboratively with the practice owner and clinical team
- Participate in the continued growth and development of the practice
Schedule
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Ideally 3–4 days per week
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Experience in aesthetic medicine
- Experience performing cosmetic injectables
- Hands-on experience with neurotoxins
- Hands-on experience with dermal fillers
- Experience with biostimulators
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Preferred Experience
- PDRN treatments
- Laser treatments
- Additional cosmetic or aesthetic procedures
- Experience growing an aesthetic patient base
