About the Role
Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is seeking experienced hair stylists who want stability, strong income potential, and a supportive team. If you have 4 years behind the chair and love delivering exceptional client experiences, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide full-service haircare: cuts, color, blonding, keratin, blowouts, etc.
- Consult with clients and recommend styles, treatments, and products
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean workstation
- Stay current on trends and techniques
- Support salon promotions, membership sales, and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Valid TN cosmetology license
- 4 years of salon experience
- Strong technical skills and confident client communication
- Experience with extensions or makeup is a plus
- Positive, team-oriented, professional attitude
- Ability to work weekends/evenings
Pay & Benefits
