As a Sales Success Coordinator, you'll provide fast, efficient, and accurate support to our sales teams, directly contributing to their success. This role involves comprehensive sales support and collaboration across departments to ensure swift resolution of any challenges our reps face.

- Technology Support
- Housing Support
- Payroll Support
- Contracts Support
- Manage communication flow across Zendesk, Slack, and ClickUp, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Highly detail-oriented in managing multiple systems and data.
- Provide first class customer service to sales reps.
- Provide broad support to the Sales Operations Department leadership.
- Customer-Service Attitude - you love to help solve problems and be seen as a subject matter expert.
- Comfort with Ambiguity - you are comfortable when information isn't readily available and take the initiative to research, explore, and figure things out independently.
- Skilled Communicator - You communicate with confidence and clarity, ensuring others feel understood and can grasp complex processes effortlessly.
- Proactive Follow-Up - You consistently take ownership of issues, providing updates and ensuring timely resolution, keeping all parties informed.
