Key Responsibilities
This is a part-time seasonal position running from September through April. The Provo office is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Schedules are flexible, and we are able to work with college schedules where possible including several options for shifts throughout the day.
Work Environment
The Provo office is energetic and team-oriented. Receptionists will support daily office operations while also assisting with events, employee experience, and representative support in one of the nation’s largest pest control spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet sales reps, vendors, and visitors
- Provide general front desk support, answering questions and directing visitors
- Assist reps with booking workspaces, offices, and meeting areas
- Help keep shared workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas clean and ready for use
- Maintain and restock office amenities, including the froyo machine, snack silos, drinks, and supplies
- Assist with office events, trainings, activities, setup, and cleanup
- Monitor office supplies and communicate restocking or maintenance needs
- Support the Regional Office Manager with daily office tasks and special projects
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with different teams and visitors
- Strong communication and basic organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable assisting with light cleaning, restocking, event setup, and office upkeep
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, office, or event support experience preferred but not required
