We run a 3 days on 4 days off schedule. During the 3 day schedule you will be working a 12-14 hour shift. starting at 6 am and working until 8 OR later dependent on the job you are assigned.

The Pest Control Technician will work independently while ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Utilize power tools, and hand tools as necessary for pest control tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up actions required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention methods.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with farm machinery, power tools, hand tools, and landscape maintenance is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings to clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to pass background checks as part of the hiring process.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
