Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an adaptable, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Field Experts in giving our internal and external customers fantastic service! Our Office Experts handle inbound calls with a smile and complete outbound calls with grace. Working with Moxie will give you access to our endless coffee bar, gym memberships and much more! We are growing fast and would like for YOU to be the leading voice of Moxie.
THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION ENDING AUGUST 31ST

Responsibilities:
- Aiding our field care experts in order to provide excellent service
- Identify, research, and resolve customer and field care issues
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
Skills, Traits, and Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication
- Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the customer remains the top priority
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Call center experience is a big plus, but not required.
