Entry Level Pest Control Technician

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Pest Control Technician to join our team. No previous pest control experience is required—we provide training to help you learn the skills needed to safely and effectively provide pest control services to residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pest control inspections and treatments at residential properties.
• Identify common pests and potential sources of infestation.
• Apply pest control products safely and according to company procedures and regulations.
• Set and maintain traps, bait stations, and other pest management equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain services and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable pest control regulations.
• Keep company vehicles, equipment, and supplies clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Complete assigned routes and service calls in a timely manner.
  
  

Qualifications

• No previous pest control experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background and driving checks.
• Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and other pests.
• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, in crawl spaces, attics, and other areas when required.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently while following company procedures.
