Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area
- Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests’ tables
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are followed at all times
- Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks and food prep assistance when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, bussing, and food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with serving or hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork
