Position Overview – Front of House / Brand Ambassador
As the face of MOWOOD, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll create a warm yet polished atmosphere while delivering exceptional drinks and service in a fast-paced, aesthetically elevated environment.
This is primarily a customer-facing role with minimal back-of-house work — perfect for someone who loves hospitality, modern design, and representing a brand with confidence and style.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Provide thoughtful drink and pastry recommendations
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, care, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, minimalist, photo-ready space throughout your shift
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Restock supplies and support light inventory tasks
- Support light cleaning duties when needed (dishes, sweeping, organization)
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to elevate the team’s performance
