Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Foreman to join our team. As a Lawn Care Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding within a designated route area
-Drive to and from client properties safely and efficiently
- Supervise and motivate a team of lawn care technicians
- Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools such as zero turn mowers , edgers , trimmers , spayers , shovels , rakes , saws , leaf blowers and leaf vacuums.
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and refer client inquiries or concerns to operations director
-Identify opportunities to increase curb appeal at client locations
-Notify operations of hazards at locations within your designated route
Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is required
- Strong knowledge of lawn care maintenance procedures
- Ability to lead a team
-Ability to take direction from operations director
- communication skills to interact with clients and team members
