Role Description The Crew Member is a part-time, on-site role based in Olmsted Falls, OH. Day-to-day tasks include mowing lawns, trimming and edging, clearing debris, and assisting with basic landscaping and yard clean-up. The role involves operating lawn care equipment safely, loading and unloading tools, and maintaining equipment in clean working order. Crew Members are expected to follow instructions, meet quality standards for each job, and interact with customers and teammates in a respectful, professional manner. Work may be performed in varying weather conditions and can involve physical activity such as lifting, walking, and standing for extended
