What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Dispatcher position at Mowery Heating, Cooling & Plumbing?
Mowery currently a Customer Service / Dispatch position open. Hours are Monday-Friday 10AM to 7PM and one to two Saturdays a month from 8AM to 5PM. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments for customers, dispatching field personnel and completing other task as assigned. Candidate must be a good communicator, multitask, team player, prompt, courteous, and be able to pass a background check. Past customer service and or dispatch experience a plus but not required, we will train the right candidate.
