Looking for a little extra work without committing to another full-time job? Mowery Clinic is looking for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is currently working elsewhere but has availability to pick up a couple of days per week.
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine procedures safely and accurately while providing compassionate, professional care to our patients. Responsibilities include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols, operating nuclear medicine equipment, performing required quality control, verifying patient information and physician orders, and explaining procedures to patients. The technologist will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, follow all radiation safety practices and regulatory requirements, and work closely with physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to provide excellent patient care.
We are looking for a dependable and patient-focused Nuclear Medicine Technologist who is a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program and holds current NMTCB and/or ARRT(N) certification. Previous nuclear medicine experience is required. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work independently while being a positive and collaborative member of the healthcare team.
