SCHEDULE
- 5‑day work week with rotating days off
- Saturday availability is required
- Sunday shifts scheduled on an as‑needed basis
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform various physical labor tasks supporting daily recycling and waste‑management operations
- Safely lift, move, sort, and organize materials and equipment
- Assist with site cleanup, property maintenance, painting, sanding, and general upkeep
- Work collaboratively with team members and drivers to maintain a safe, efficient work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or waste management is a plus
- Ability to meet physical demands: heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
