Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

What You’ll Do
- Architect and automate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and incident response systems.
- Ensure infrastructure meets rigorous security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive performance, resilience, and velocity.
- Champion DevSecOps best practices and mentor engineers across disciplines.
- Participate in architecture reviews and influence system design for scalability and maintainability.
What You Bring
- 10–15 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including 3 years in a senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, automation, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and GitOps workflows.
- Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid understanding of secure cloud operations and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Points
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
- Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or data-intensive workloads.
- Proven leadership in scaling DevOps practices across large teams or organizations.
