Responsibilities:

• Implement strategy, technology, process and human capital capable of supporting the development of scalable, functional and reliable product software.

• Focus on innovation, emerging technologies and making recommendations on the strategic use of technology for leveraging business results.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• 7 years of building Voice based applications, LAN/WAN experience, design and troubleshooting.

• Experience building voicemail systems

• Hands on R&D experience with VoIP, SIP, RTP is required.

• Strong programming skills in C, C , and Python.

• Experience with development for Asterisk and Kamailio stack is required.

• Experience with SBC, PBX for real time communication applications is a huge plus.

• Experience developing, deploying and operating VoIP monitoring, reporting and alerting systems.

• Linux/Unix understanding and ability to navigate through a system, look at logs, etc.

• Highly analytical and detail oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing.

• Passion for DevOps and continuous delivery a plus.
