What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor - ABA position at Moving Mountains LLC?
Mid-level Job Responsibilities: Mid-level Supervisors serve in the field as the manager responsible for the case, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians/Behavior Technicians and providing education and training for client caregivers.
- Complete intake assessments
- Provide ongoing support for clients and clients’ families
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and functional assessments as needed
- Write and maintain treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide parent trainings at a minimum of once per month
- Complete and develop assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to make modifications and determine programming needs
- Collaborate with all other team members
- Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
- Follow ethical code of conduct from the BACB
Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
- BCaBA or QASP-S certification or RBT/BCAT
- Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual behavioral programs
- Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Current CA DOJ fingerprint clearance card
- Critical thinking skills and problem solving
- Strong computer skills with effective and professional communication with both written and oral communication
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years experience in the field or currently in a masters program
Physical Demands May Include:
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling a maximum of 25 lbs.
- Assist with lifting, holding or positioning students with disabilities (including physical, behavioral, learning, etc.)
- Sitting or stooping on the floor for extended periods of time
- Standing or bending over repeatedly throughout the day
- Must work well in noisy and crowded environments
