Duties
- Support members emotional well-being through engaging activities, social interaction, and companionship tailored to individual preferences.
- Document care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA standards and assist in updating personalized care plans regularly.
Skills
- Proven experience working with individuals with autism or mild cognitve challenges in the community and at the program.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, members, families, and healthcare professionals.
