We are a moving company servicing the Sacramento area. You will work directly with company leads to complete residential, commercial, and long haul moves. Everyday is something different!
Job Description:
Movers are responsible for moving furniture from one location to another without damaging. Moving is a simple but physically demanding job.
We are looking for responsible individuals to load items in and out of moving trucks. Movers are responsible for ensuring that items are undamaged and placed in the correct position in the new location.
To be successful as a mover you must have stamina to perform manual duties that often require strength. You should also be able to plan the most efficient ways to pack items into the moving truck.
Responsibilities:
- Wrap furniture in protective material.
- Load, pack and unload items with care.
- Ensure that no items are damaged while moving.
- Place furniture in the requested positions at the new location
- Safely drive 26’ box trucks (Team lead)
Compensation:
- $20-$30 per hour
- 1099
- Tips average $600 per month (better service=more $$)
Requirements:
- 1 year Professional moving experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and motivation to help people.
- Ability to show up on time
- Have reliable transportation
- Have open availability
- Valid drivers license
