What You’ll Do
- Manage all incoming leads (calls, emails, web inquiries)
- Follow up fast — and close fast
- Build and train a small sales team as the company scales
- Develop simple, effective scripts (we’ll help)
- Track KPIs: closing rate, lead-to-booking time, monthly revenue
- Oversee customer satisfaction and prevent issues before they happen
- Work directly with ownership to hit revenue targets
- Represent the company with professionalism and honesty
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales background (moving industry is a BIG plus)
- Leadership skills — someone who naturally takes charge
- Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to close
- Excellent follow-up habits
- Tech-friendly (CRM, spreadsheets, phones — not rocket science)
- Reliable, punctual, steady under pressure
- Must work on-site in Stuart, FL
Compensation
- Base salary (based on experience)
