The Role
As a Senior Interaction Designer, you'll create user interfaces, interactions and scalable design systems that help our clients build consistent, high-quality digital experiences. Working across digital, creative, strategy, engineering, and client teams, you'll translate complex problems into intuitive, beautiful interfaces — and ensure those solutions hold up across products and platforms.
Responsibilities
1. UI & Interaction Design
- Translate brand guidelines and strategy into product-led UI
- Create interactive and motion prototypes at varying fidelities
- Design responsive interfaces that scale across web and mobile
- Create pixel-perfect UI screen mockups, AI interfaces and user flows
- Bridge design, development, and strategy for seamless delivery
- A genuine passion for creating innovative, AI-powered, user-centered digital experiences
2. Design Systems
- Build and maintain component libraries, and documentation
- Establish design tokens, style guides, and interaction patterns
- Create wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes that clearly define the structure and functionality of digital products in Figma
- Build and optimize Figma libraries with auto-layout, variables and smart components
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across touchpoints
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Write clear documentation for design systems and components
- Partner with product and engineering teams to implement designs faithfully
- Present work and rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Deliver high-fidelity assets ready for development
What we look for
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Digital Design, UX Design, Integrated Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or related design field.
- An exceptional design portfolio demonstrating systematic design thinking and UI excellence.
- Proven track record in bringing multiple projects to launch into a commercial market and creating and optimizing design systems for large-scale websites or digital platforms.
Experience:
- 6 years of professional experience in UI, interaction or product design with a focus on design systems.
- Proven experience as a UI/Product Designer or similar role showcasing successful projects and outcomes.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout, components, and variants.
- Strong portfolio and experience showcasing product design deliverables, user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect UI designs, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, AI utilities, complex websites, and consumer apps.
Core Skills:
- Expert-level Figma Knowledge: Advanced mastery of Figma and its full feature set
- Prototyping: Experience in interaction, motion, prototyping tools beyond Figma such as Principle, Jitter, After Effects
- Design Tokens & Systems: Strong understanding of design tokens and systematic design approaches
- Component Architecture: Strong understanding of atomic design, component architecture and modular design systems
- Responsive Design: Solid knowledge of web and mobile design standards, systems, and patterns.
- Usability: Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- HTML/CSS/JS: Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
