As an Outside Sales/Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities by promoting our moving and storage services. You will be the face of the company, interacting with potential clients and building lasting relationships that result in increased sales and market share.

What’s Expected of Me To Do?
- OTE - $90k-$500k expected sales in year 1, grow to $1M sales in year 2
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct face to face presentations to showcase our moving and storage services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies effectively.
- Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction throughout the moving process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
What’s Required to Get The Job?
Preferences:
- 1-2 Years Moving Sales Experience
- Must be local
- Experience with SmartMoving System
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a passion for customer service.
- Sales Meeting once every two weeks
- Own Vehicle

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
