Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and recruitment-focused HR Administrator to lead and support our talent acquisition efforts while providing backup HR administrative support during non-peak periods. This role will take ownership of key aspects of the hiring process—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and enhancing the candidate experience. When recruitment activity is lighter, the role will assist with core HR operations, ensuring smooth and compliant HR practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Primary – Talent Acquisition Focus
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring manager feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Promote roles across appropriate channels to ensure diverse and qualified applicant pools.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS); generate regular recruiting metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
- Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
Secondary – HR Administrative Support (During Recruitment Downtime)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and hard copy).
- Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., offer letters, onboarding packets, policy updates).
- Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support routine HR inquiries and internal requests as needed.
- Help prepare HR data reports and metrics for leadership review.
- Assist in organizing HR programs, recognition efforts, or internal events.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a Human Resources or recruiting-focused role.
- Proven track record supporting or managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS); experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
