This is a full-time, remote role aligned with US time zones; English fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client calls, craft tailored paid media strategies, and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, LSA, Local, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Translate client objectives into strategies focused on leads, bookings, and ROI.
- Execute advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns, managing budgets for maximum ROAS and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with SEO, web, and client success teams to optimize landing pages and integrated campaigns.
- Develop, test, and refine ad creative (copy, visuals, CTAs) with ongoing A/B testing.
- Build client-ready reports that connect analytics to tangible business outcomes and recommend optimizations.
- Create scalable processes, templates, and documentation for paid media operations.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and implement retention strategies for at-risk accounts.
- Lead discovery calls to understand client goals and craft tailored paid media strategies.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with clear, actionable insights.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery.
- Develop scalable onboarding, reporting, and optimization processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand PPC services and upsell existing clients.
- Share insights and trends with clients via newsletters or updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Proven success in generating qualified leads for local service businesses (moving industry a plus).
- Strong copywriting and creative optimization skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bid management.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain data clearly in client meetings.
- Experience building reports and presenting insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Experience with moving or home service clients (preferred).
- Familiarity with video ads, TikTok, Bing Ads, CRM integrations, and seasonal ad strategies (preferred).
