Pay: $65 USD/hr
Overview
Movement Strategy is looking for a freelance Account Supervisor to support multiple fast-moving accounts, with a strong emphasis on project management and operational execution, while also serving as a key client-facing partner. This role will be critical in keeping both internal teams and client stakeholders aligned and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams (content, campaigns, production)
- Build and manage timelines, ensuring all teams and deliverables stay on track
- Lead internal status meetings and proactively identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communication, expectations, and updates
- Translate client needs into clear internal direction and actionable plans
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, production, and strategy teams to drive execution
- Maintain visibility into scopes, resourcing, and overall account health
Ideal Background
- Strong project management experience in an agency environment (this is a must-have)
- Experience in client services / account management, with confidence leading client comms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
