What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at Movement Search & Delivery?
Movement Search & Delivery has been experiencing double digit growth with nine offices across North America. We are looking to welcome interns to our Clarkston, MI office this summer. Our internship program gives recent or upcoming graduates the opportunity for hands on training with the potential for future growth based on performance.
What Is A Recruiter? A consultant, salesman, and coach all in one. In summary, we help companies find talented people to join their organizations. From the first consultation to interviews, negotiation, and on-boarding, we partner with both clients and candidates to meet their evolving needs. Our interns hit the ground running on day one, participating in the full recruitment lifecycle.

- Identify, recruit, prepare, and close top candidates while working with fortune 500 companies.
- 2 hours of phone time per day, talking to top talent across the nation.
- 5 candidate presentations to clients per week.
- Detailed daily planning to find top candidates and clients.
- Focus, dedication, and persistence every day.
